XS(18M/2yr):16" elastic waste, 8.5" finished skirt length, suitable for a child with a 18-19" waste

Small (3/4yr): 17" elastic waste, 10" finished skirt length, suitable for a child with a 20-21" waste

Medium (5/6): 18" elastic waste, 11.5" finished skirt length, suitable for a child with a 21-22" waste

Large (7/8): 19.5" elastic waste, 13" finished skirt length, suitable for a child with a 23-24" waste
