This is the one you'll reach for again and again. The Spring Bloom Ruffle Rowan is our most generous Rowan yet — cut with a skirt more than double the width of our classic printed Rowan, it twirls beautifully and moves with the kind of freedom little ones deserve.

Crafted from a stunning Dear Stella designer cotton print featuring a charming garden scene of strawberries and snails in soft, dreamy tones, this dress is finished with coral and natural stripe cotton canvas accents — a thoughtful contrast that gives it that signature Rarity touch. Designed for spring and summer, it's light, breathable, and made to be lived in.
